This year in the category of Outstanding HR leadership of the year, Mr. ABM Yusuf Ali Khan won the award from Bangladesh.
Mr. Yusuf, General Manager – HR in Crown Cement PLC, has been given this award for his 22 years of outstanding contribution in result-oriented HR leadership with significant and progressive experience in boosting productivity, cost management and fostering efficiency. He is a certified leadership and career coach. He completed MBA in (HRM) from IBA, University of Dhaka. He worked extensively in Leadership Development, Change Facilitation, Executive Coaching, Talent and HR process designing. He also worked as Head of HR at Novartis (Bangladesh) Ltd. and different other renowned organizations in Bangladesh.His vast experience at working in these top notch local and multinational organizations has contributed in proving himself in the field of HR and life coaching.
