South Australian police have confirmed that Kyle, a 39-year-old man reported missing in the northern Flinders Ranges, has been found safe and well.
Authorities had appealed for public assistance on Wednesday after Kyle was last seen around midday on June 1 at Arkaroola Village. He had been driving a white rental van and had told others he planned to return by June 7.
When he failed to return, a ground and aerial search was launched in the Arkaroola region following a missing person report.
In a statement released just before 6pm on Thursday, SA Police announced that Kyle had been located and was in good health.
“Thank you to the public for their assistance,” police said.
