The man who died has been identified by police as Zivan Radmanovic, a 32-year-old from Melbourne. The identity of the injured Australian has not yet been publicly released.

Chief Batubara said the motive behind the shooting remains unknown.

“We are still investigating the case, processing the crime scene, and seeking witness statements,” he said.
“We only received the report this morning, and we’re still collecting information. We ask for patience.”

The incident occurred at Villa Casa Santisya, he confirmed.
