Israeli Military Strikes Kill 17 More Palestinians Across Gaza
Seventeen more Palestinians have been killed by Israeli military strikes since early Monday, as the conflict in Gaza continues to escalate, according to the official Palestinian news agency, Wafa.
The fatalities occurred in airstrikes targeting homes and tents throughout the war-ravaged territory. Among the victims were six people in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis, with one reportedly killed by Israeli special forces.
Wafa also reported that communications were cut off in Khan Younis during the attack, further isolating residents from the outside world.
The surge in violence follows the launch of a large-scale Israeli ground offensive across Gaza on Sunday, intensifying an already devastating conflict.
