After seven weeks of courtroom proceedings, both the prosecution and defense have concluded their arguments in the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Jane described her time with Combs from 2021 until his arrest. She spoke about “hotel nights” — extended sexual encounters with other men under Combs’s supervision. Despite her repeated objections, she said she felt compelled to continue due to financial dependency. Jane detailed physical injuries and emotional trauma resulting from these events and testified about being choked, punched, and coerced into sexual acts.
Testimony from Others
- Kid Cudi testified that he believed Combs was responsible for the firebombing of his car.
- Eddy Garcia, a hotel security guard, said Combs gave him $100,000 for a surveillance video of an alleged assault on Cassie.
- “Mia”, a former assistant, testified under a pseudonym about escalating sexual assaults by Combs, including rape and forced sexual acts during her employment.
Video Evidence
Jurors viewed graphic video clips presented as evidence of coercion and sex trafficking. Prosecutors claimed these clips supported their allegations of a broader criminal operation involving associates and employees arranging sexual encounters and providing drugs and supplies.
