In Russia, authorities reported deadly Ukrainian drone strikes in regions far from the front line. One major attack targeted the Nizhnekamsk area in Russia’s Tatarstan region, where officials said a drone strike killed civilians and damaged industrial facilities, including a major oil-related site. Ukraine said such operations are aimed at weakening Russia’s military and economic capacity.
