The Australian all-rounder scored 104 from 201 deliveries, registering the third Test century of his career. His innings was built on patience and resilience as he attempted to keep Australia in the contest while Bangladesh continued to apply pressure with the ball.

Bangladesh comfortably completed that chase for the loss of one wicket, securing a historic nine-wicket victory and their first Test win on Australian soil.
Despite Australia’s disappointing result, Green’s innings stood out as one of the hosts’ strongest individual performances. His 104 from 201 balls showcased patience, concentration and determination under considerable pressure.
