According to Israel’s emergency service Magen David Adom (MDA), three people — a 10-year-old boy, a 69-year-old woman, and an 80-year-old woman — were killed in Bat Yam, a coastal city south of Tel Aviv.
Around 100 others have been injured, and Israeli media, cited by Reuters, report that approximately 35 individuals are still missing after a missile struck an eight-storey residential building.
Since Iran began its retaliatory attacks on Friday, at least nine people in Israel have died and more than 300 have been injured.
